Pay · Compensation Planning

Plan increments, approve them, then apply them on purpose

Open an increment cycle, propose revisions, route them for approval and apply approved changes to payroll with an explicit action. Nothing reaches a payslip automatically.

The problem

What this solves

Revisions in spreadsheets

Proposals and approvals live in email.

Changes slip into payroll

Nobody knows which revisions were applied.

No history

Past increments are hard to find.
